The
Sullivan County Council of Governments is a voluntary organization
consisting of 8 Townships, 4 Boroughs, plus the County Commissioners.
We meet the 4th Tuesday of every quarter to discuss local municipal issues.
We develop policies and procedures, make important decisions and act
upon the member’s findings and recommendations.
